We do not have set prices at Pioneer because we believe everyone lives differently in their home. We offer a free estimate to determine the price and the frequency of your cleaning.
We do not ask our clients to sign a contract. We want our relationship to be based on mutual respect and trust. We ask our clients to hold us accountable for the level of excellence we promise to deliver each and every time.
Your crew will arrive on the day that has been scheduled, accompanied by Pat (Pioneer's owner). We have met you during our estimate interview, but on your first clean, we are introducing you to your staff and our staff to your home. As our team begins to clean your home, you may either stay or return after the cleaning has been completed. The majority of our clients give us a key or garage code to access their home on future cleanings. Either way, you’ll be enjoying a clean home at the end of the day!
We are a corporation and therefore have all of the safeguards of a corporation. We are bonded and insured.
Yes, we offer gift certificates for those wanting to give the gift of clean! Please contact us for more information on professional home cleaning gift certificates.
We accept cash and/or checks made payable to “Pioneer Custom Cleaning.” We do not accept credit cards at this time.
Yes. We bring all our own cleaning supplies and cleaning equipment. We do ask that you provide us with a trash bag for trash collection. Also if there is a special product you would like us to use on your floors etc., we ask that you provide that as well.
Our teams consist of four people. Each team includes a supervisor.
Yes, the majority of the time, we will send the same cleaning team to your home each visit.
While we make every attempt to choose the safest and most user-friendly products, we find that many cleaning tasks—such as cleaning toilet bowls and treating mold—require full strength cleaners.
